Footnote Journal

The Footnote Journal 10K Review

encompasses the information usually found only in the footnotes of a company's annual 10K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Information that could take you and/or your staff hundreds of hours to compile.

The 10K Review database contains information from the 10K footnotes of the 900 companies that comprise the S&P 500 and the S&P Midcap 400. Data is organized by industry worksheets and in an overall master worksheet in an Excel Workbook file.

Industries include: energy, materials, industrials, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, healthcare, financials, information technology, telecommunications, and utilities.

The data is searchable and organized for easy analysis. Data, where available, includes the company's S&P long-term credit rating, federal net operating losses, capital loss carryforwards, 2005 expirations, NOLs with Section 382 impacts, valuation allowances, AMT credits, defined benefit plans and plan funding status, assumed discount rate, expected rate of return and expected rate of compensations for net benefit expense, plan assets to liability ratio, plan contribution as a percentage of assets and percentage of gross income, pretax gross income, fair value of plan, and more.

Take a look at an example of data for the telecommunications industry.
